HOW IT WORKS

How rQ Works

Your Symptoms Tell a Story.

We Help You Read It.

Most health assessments simply count symptoms. rQ is different.

Every question in the assessment was intentionally selected because it provides meaningful insight into how your body may be functioning. Rather than asking hundreds of random questions, rQ focuses on symptoms, experiences, environmental exposures, lifestyle factors, and health history that tend to reveal important biological patterns.

The goal isn’t simply to collect information. It’s to understand the systems behind your symptoms.

Looking Beyond Individual Symptoms

Symptoms rarely exist in isolation.

Fatigue, brain fog, headaches, digestive issues, insomnia, skin problems, food sensitivities, anxiety, hormonal changes, chronic pain, and inflammation often appear unrelated on the surface. Beneath the surface, they may all be influenced by the same underlying physiological systems.

The body is a network.

Impaired detoxification may influence histamine regulation. Gut dysfunction may affect nutrient absorption, immune function, neurotransmitter production, and inflammation. Blood sugar instability can impact hormone balance, stress resilience, and mitochondrial energy production.

When one system becomes stressed, others often compensate until they can no longer keep up. What appears to be several independent problems may actually represent a single interconnected pattern.

The Four Layers of Your Health

rQ organizes your assessment into four complementary layers that work together to create a more complete picture of your health.

01

Predispositions

Some people are naturally more vulnerable to certain health challenges. Genetics, family history, environmental exposures, previous infections, trauma, and lifestyle all influence how your body responds to stress. These factors don’t determine your future, but they do shape your starting point.

02

Pathways

Pathways are the biological processes that keep your body functioning every day: energy production, detoxification, methylation, inflammation, nutrient metabolism, histamine regulation, oxidative stress, hormone balance, and dozens of other interconnected functions.

03

Drivers

Drivers are the factors that continually place stress on those pathways. These may include chronic infections, mold exposure, nutrient deficiencies, poor sleep, blood sugar instability, environmental toxins, chronic stress, digestive dysfunction, or other ongoing burdens that prevent the body from returning to balance.

04

Systems

Finally, rQ evaluates how all of this information influences the body’s major physiological systems, including the gut, liver, immune system, nervous system, endocrine system, mitochondria, lymphatic system, structural health, respiratory system, detoxification pathways, and many others.

These systems rarely operate independently. They constantly communicate, compensate, and influence one another. Understanding those relationships is where meaningful insight begins.

Finding Patterns That Matter

Each answer you provide contributes to a much larger picture. Some questions carry greater informational value because they tend to be more strongly associated with specific physiological systems. Others become more meaningful when viewed alongside dozens of additional responses.

Rather than evaluating each answer independently, rQ looks for clusters of relationships across your entire assessment. As these patterns emerge, the software identifies which biological systems appear most likely to deserve further attention.

This is pattern recognition—not diagnosis.

The purpose of rQ is not to tell you what disease you have. Its purpose is to help you understand which systems may be contributing to your symptoms and why those systems deserve your attention.

Turning Complexity Into Clarity

The human body is extraordinarily complex. Understanding it shouldn’t require a medical degree.

rQ combines systems biology, functional health principles, and artificial intelligence to organize thousands of individual data points into a clear, personalized narrative that is easier to understand and act upon.

Because when you can finally see how the pieces fit together, your health journey becomes less about guessing… and more about understanding.
